Google now have a free course that aims to introduce the basics of prompt engineering and content creation for the classroom. You can access it here:

Some universities have got guidelines out for use of GenAI in their instituion. This covers everything from issues with academic integrity to content creation and course admin. The QAA lists these guideline for a few Universities, as well as a wealth of other GenAI resources for HE:
